RECIPE:-
Take 250 gms rang’s mutton wash it with water and boil it. Now take
big bowl put 100 gms oil ot ghee. After small cutted 4 onion put it in
that big bowl.put that boiled mutton in it . now put ezzy nihari
masala and mix it . after wards put it for 10 to 15 minutes on full
gas. Now your ezzy nihari masala is ready. Serve it with tandoori,
chapati, paratha,bread or rice.
INGREDIENTS:-
Salt, Chilly Powder, Garlic Turmaric Powder, Fresh
Ginger Coriander,Black Paper,Magajibee, Cumin, Bay Leaves,Badiya,
Cinnemon, Khaskhas,Condamoms, Lavang Javantri,Cloves&Makhan, Testing
Powder.
